Continues to switch back to dollar amounts instead of HNT, so it's impossible to tell what's really happening with mining. As others have pointed out, the new graphics are cartoony, and less informative. Try and channel Edward Tufte. At least the new app has links to explorer, although how hard would it be to serve these through the app instead of switching to web and forcing login again when you go back to app? Much more detail for troubleshooting would be helpful. Challenge transmitted?

First time miner. Received my Bobcat a few days ago and my experience was honestly pretty smooth. The interface is intuitive but provides granularity for further understanding and optimizing, network posture, track mining rewards earned over time, witnesses, etc. The only thing was that the last sync step in the onboarding walkthrough can take a while. It says a few minutes but it could be longer. I thought it wasnt working at first. Checked a few days later to see it had been working all along!

The app (and service) is absolute trash. My miner keeps going offline despite having great connection, and it says it needs attention. As I try to pair it to bluetooth to troubleshoot, the app crashes. Of course it took them over a year to get miners out to people who had made purchases over a year ago, and now the service is no longer profitable. Trash ponzi scheme project.
